To enable us to manage and optimize your campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google services, please follow the steps outlined below. This guide includes instructions for sharing access to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
1. Facebook & Instagram Access
Since Facebook owns Instagram, both platforms can be managed through Facebook Business Manager. If you don’t already have an account, create one at business.facebook.com.
Steps to Share Access:
- Log in to Facebook Business Manager:
- Go to Facebook Business Manager.
- If you don’t have a Business Manager account, select Create Account and follow the instructions.
Add Our Business as a Partner:
- Go to Business Settings > Users > Partners.
- Click Add, then choose Give a Partner Access to Your Assets.
Enter Our Business ID:
- Enter our Business ID: [Our Business ID] (provided to you).
- Click Next.
Grant Permissions for Facebook Page and Ad Account:
- Select the relevant Page and Ad Account from your assets.
- Choose Standard Access or Admin Access based on our needs.
- Click Save Changes.

2. Google Ads Access
To provide us with access to manage your Google Ads campaigns:
- Sign in to Google Ads:
- Go to Google Ads.
Navigate to Access and Security:
- Select Tools & Settings > Setup > Access and Security.
Invite Us to Your Account:
- Click the + button and choose Add Users.
- Enter our email: [Our email address].
- Select Standard or Admin access as required.
Save and Confirm:
- Click Send Invitation, which we will accept to complete the setup.

3. Google Analytics Access
To enable us to view and manage your Google Analytics account:
- Log in to Google Analytics:
- Go to Google Analytics.
Navigate to Account Settings:
- Select Admin in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- In the Account column, choose Account Settings.
Add User:
- Click on Account Access Management and select + Add Users.
- Enter our email address [Our email address] and choose Editor or Viewer access as needed.
Confirm Permissions:
- Ensure Manage Users permission is selected if we need admin access.

4. Google Tag Manager Access
Providing access to Google Tag Manager will help us implement tracking codes more efficiently.
- Log in to Google Tag Manager:
- Go to Google Tag Manager.
Navigate to Admin Settings:
- Select Admin at the top of the screen, then go to User Management.
Add User:
- Click Add User and enter our email address [Our email address].
- Choose Container Permissions as Edit, Approve, Publish to give us full editing and publishing rights.

5. Google Merchant Center Access
If you have a Merchant Center account for shopping ads, grant us access as follows:
- Sign in to Google Merchant Center:
- Go to Google Merchant Center.
Navigate to Account Access:
- Click on the three-dot menu (upper right corner) > Account Access.
Invite a New User:
- Select + Add User and enter our email [Our email address].
- Assign Standard or Admin access, depending on the permissions we need.
Send Invitation:
- We will receive an email to accept the invitation and gain access.
