  • Web Hosting Services: Partners receive a fixed margin on the subscription fees for all web hosting services sold. The margin varies by service, as detailed in the product margins section.
  • Custom Software Development: Partners receive a fixed margin on the project fees for custom software development services. The margin is 15% on project fees.

3.2 White Label Development

For white label development projects, the revenue sharing model will be based on the specific tasks and responsibilities assigned to each party. The model typically involves:

  • Project Fees: Cybros charges for development and other project expenses at a discounted rate. The Partner invoices the client and retains a margin based on the agreed discount rate.
  • Service Fees: The Partner can charge clients for AMC, onsite support, training, and other services. Cybros may charge a service fee if direct involvement is required.
  • Revenue Sharing Agreement: For co-venture projects, the revenue sharing will be agreed upon in writing for each project, detailing the tasks and responsibilities of each party and the corresponding revenue split.
